In Memoriam: Roger G. Barry (1935-2018)

Roger G. Barry, former Director of the International CLIVAR Project Office (ICPO), passed away on March 19, 2018, concluding a distinguished career in climate science. His work as a research scientist and professor, and his dedication to the formation of centers for the study of the cryosphere helped shape the evolution of climate science.

Stefanny graduated from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, Guayaquil-Ecuador. She will work at ICPO from April to the end of September 2018 to support the organizing of CLIVAR-FIO summer school and ENSO conference.
