The 15th Session of CLIVAR Pacific Region Panel (PRP) was successfully organized on 13th February 2023 in Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and online.

Today, we are pleased to launch the CLIVAR Atlantic Ocean Blog (AOB) (https://www.clivar.org/atlantic-blog), a blog about the Atlantic Ocean - variability, predictability and change. 

The CLIVAR Exchanges special issue on Tropical Atlantic Ocean Observing System (TAOS) is now published online (doi: 10.36071/clivar.82.2022). 

The 2nd CLIVAR AMOC Task Team was organized on 7th September 2022, covering the topics on: updates from recent AMOC meetings; overview of new AMOC projects; and plans for the future AMOC TT activities. 

The CLIVAR ARP telecon was organised on Jul.18, with the participation of Eleanor Frajka-Williams, Regina Rodrigues, Jennifer Veicht, Olga Sato, Kemgang Ghomsi Franck Eitel, Ingo Richter, Gregory Foltz, Susan Bates, Dariia Atamanchuk and Jing Li (ICPO). 

ARP held a telecon on 18 March 2022, brainstorming the future activities under three focal themes, i.e. Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), the role of the Tropical Atlantic on Tropical Basin Interaction (TBI) and Ocean Extremes and Impacts, as well as other additional areas.
