Jose Santos, Executive Director of the International CLIVAR Project Office attended the Second International Workshop on Regional Oceanic Numerical Modeling and Observation organized by the Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NIUST) on July 2-3, 2018, where He was invited to give some remarks on CLIVAR during the opening session.

More than 200 participants from around the world attended the event, which included keynote lectures, oral and poster presentations and several Exhibitions by corporations and publishing agencies
