The ICPO is pleased to announce that Ms. Stefanny De Las Mercedes Quiroz Torres has joined the ICPO team in Qingdao, China as an intern. Stefanny graduated from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, Guayaquil-Ecuador. She will work at ICPO from April to the end of September 2018 to support the organizing of CLIVAR-FIO summer school and ENSO conference.
