Event Description:

The GRC Board of Trustees has decided to withdraw this conference and it will be rescheduled for 2022.

The Ocean Mixing Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) and Conference (GRC) is going to be held from June 13-14 and 14-19, 2020 at Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.

The GRC provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of frontier research and related technologies, and for over 80 years, have been viewed as the world?s premier scientific meetings. The guiding principle is to encourage communication and discussion of ideas and new unpublished results by bringing together outstanding scientists from academia, industry, and government.

The GRS is a two day event that precedes the GRC and is only for students, postdocs, and early career scientists. This unique format maximizes interactions between burgeoning scientists that fosters critical discussion and community amongst the newest generation of scientists in the ocean mixing community. Participants of the GRS are encouraged to also attend the GRC.

Application deadlines for GRC and GRS attendance are May 16, but note that the number of attendees is limited to 200.  The application for GRS oral presentations is March 13.
