Terms of Reference
- Facilitate progress in the development of tools and methods to monitor and assess climate variability and change, and evaluate climate predictability of the ocean-atmosphere-ice system in the Arctic and Subarctic Ocean.
- Connect to other international efforts, programmes and panels by members liaising themselves or via contacts.
- Monitor and evaluate progress in Arctic Ocean research, and identify gaps / make recommendations.
- Coordinate and feedback on Arctic data sets and data archiving, e.g. by meeting up with data centre reps.
