Year of Tropical Convection website redesign

The Year of Tropical Convection (YOTC) website has been redesigned and is now called yotc.ucar.edu

It contains some new parts for example the YOTC related projects which will hopefully be of use to the community. The old website address (www.ucar.edu/yotc) will automatically redirect you to the new site.
