Influencing Climate Change Policy - An interdisciplinary workshop for early career researchers, 1 October 2013

 

 

A workshop for Early Career Researchers working on climate change in any discipline, will be running on 1st October 2013 at Cumberland Lodge in Windsor. 

Influencing Climate Change Policy is a one-day workshop and networking event with a twofold objective:

  • To learn more about talking to policy makers and influencing policy decisions (policy influence)
  • To develop strategies for talking productively about climate change between disciplines (interdisciplinary exchange)

1-slide, 2-minute research presentation that is accessible to researchers in other disciplines and policy-makers.

Participants will hear from key speakers about how to maximise policy impact in government, NGOs and within academia, and how to work more productively together.
