1. Location of Venue
The meeting will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel
which is part of the Burswood Entertainment Complex

The meeting will follow the Workshop on El Nino and Climate Change which will take place on 25-26 March 2009 as part of the GREENHOUSE2009 climate change and resources. A detailed programme of GH09 can be download from here
2. Tentative Agenda

All the Panel members and those invited to attend the panel meeting are also invited to attend the Workshop on El Nino and Climate Change. The GH2009 registration fee will be kindly covered by the local organization (Wenju Cai and Scott Power)
3. Accommodation and Travel Information
The participants of the Pacific Panel meeting will stay at the Intercontinental Hotel which is part of the Burswood Entertainment Complex, one of Perth's most accessible locations, a 10- to 15-minute car ride to the airport
The local organizers will take care of the room booking. Please communicate to Wenju Cai (wenju.cai@csiro.au) and Julie Siedses (julie.siedses@csiro.au) the arrival and departure time and dates as soon as you have booked your flight
The local organizers will cover registration, food and accommodation while in Perth
