NOTE: Transportation from Hotel Central to the meeting room will be provided. During the meeting days the lunch will be provided too.


4. Travel informations

All international flights land at Roland Garros International Airport , which is located about 11km (7mi) east of St-Denis (the Reunion administrative centre). A special airport bus travels frequently between the airport and St-Denis (and other cities), as do taxis.

Please check if you need VISA on the following website:
French Ministry for Foreign Affairs ( check the "2. Overseas Departments (DOM)")

IMPORTANT : those who need a visa should make sure that they have the extension for Reunion Island written on it.
Foreigners with a simple French visa cannot land at Reunion Island and are sent to metropolitan France
