A limited number of travel grants are available to enable and support participation of students, early career scientists and scientists from developing countries to attend the workshop. Applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.
Grants will be assigned based on financial need and scientific merit of the proposed poster described in the abstract. Priority will be given to:
1) Students: those pursuing their graduate studies (MSc, PhD) 2) Early Career Scientists: post-graduates and researchers who received their highest degree in 2005 or later 3) Scientists from emerging and developing economies
Grantees must attend the entire conference in order to benefit from the financial support. If you wish to apply for travel support, please submit a poster abstract and provide to a short CV.
Clearly name your file with your name, eg Surname_CV.pdf
Provide an estimate of your funding needs, for example airfare, accommodation.
Summarise any other sources of funding that will contribte to your travel costs
