It is envisaged that most participants will stay together at a hotel arranged by TMA. This would be the New Africa Hotel, which has a special rate of $80 (WMO per diem for Dar is $128 a day) breakfast and taxes included. Entering Tanzania:

Most nationals will need a yellow fever certificate and a visa to enter Tanzania and will therefore require a letter of introduction from TMA. If you are a participant and have not yet reqeived such a letter please contact Mr Matitu.

Participants should contact their doctor or a travel clinic about Malaria tablets and other recommended vaccinations - note that a yellow fever certificate is compulsory

Transport:

Transport will be provided from the hotels to the venue and also on arrival.
